What are your shipping methods?

Domestic Shipping

  • eParcel Post - FREE!

eParcel generally takes 3-10* business days to be delivered depending on final destination. We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Post Office.

  • eParcel Express Post

eParcel generally takes 1-2* business days to be delivered depending on final destination. We recommend you use this service if you need your parts urgently.

*Allow extra days for remote/regional areas

International shipping

We use Australia post exclusively.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia for all auto parts except oversized items which is specified in product description page.

For express shipping wherever available, we charge a flat rate of $19.95. 

For international shipping cost, please email your postal enquiry including your delivery address to our customer team at for freight quote.


What is your anticipated ship out time?

Every order received by K&W Auto Parts before 9:00AM AEST (excludes weekends and holidays) will be dispatched from our warehouse in the same day, otherwise, next business day.


How long does shipping take?

1-5 business days for standard shipping Australia-wide; next business day for express post available to major metro and regional population centres. Please refer to Australia Post for eligible postcodes.


Where is my order?

We will send you shipping notification once your order has left our warehouse. The email will contain your tracking number and instructions to track the progress of your order.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for most orders to be trackable in the system.


Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes, you can. Please contact us before your purchase and we will organise this for you. 


Do you deliver outside Australia?

We do deliver outside of Australia for certain items although oversized items are only delivered within Australia. For international buyers, please contact us at for more information.


Return Policy


What is your return policy?

For products purchased and delivered within Australia, we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. Buyer pays return postage for change of mind and return postage for faulty goods is at our cost. For change of mind returns, items must be unused with original box.

For products purchased and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.


How can I request a return, exchange or refund?

You can lodge a return case in your account, or alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at for more information.


What happens if my product is faulty?

We takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are packed well. However, if for any reason you receive a faulty product, we will help you resolve the problem. Please contact us within 24 hours either by phone or by email.

In instances where your order was placed more than 30 days ago, or was delivered outside of Australia, please contact our Customer Service team who will advise and assist with the returns process. We will ensure all costs associated with returned goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you. 


What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Customer should check the parcel before sign for the item, in particular, customer should reject the item and inform us within 24 hours if it arrives unpacked, damaged, squashed etc. If you sign for the item, we will assume that you have received it in good order. 


Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, we provides three returns options:

  1. Exchange for an alternate products (subject to stock availability)
  2. Store Credit to your online account
  3. Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)

On occasions, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by us. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.


How long does it take to receive a refund?

Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return from the time you send your goodies. We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.


Can I return a item to your warehouse directly?

Yes you can. Please contact us to arrange a return.
