Demostic Shipping
- eParcel Post - FREE!
eParcel generally takes 3-10* business days to be delivered depending on final destination. We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local Post Office.
- eParcel Express Post
eParcel generally takes 1-2* business days to be delivered depending on final destination. We recommend you use this service if you need your parts urgently.

International shipping
We use Australia post exclusively.
We offer FREE standard shipping across Australia for all auto parts except oversized items which is specified in product description page.
For express shipping wherever available, we charge a flat rate of $19.95.
For international shipping cost, please email your postal enquiry including your delivery address to our customer team at info@kwautoparts.com.au for freight quote.
We will send you shipping notification once your order has left our warehouse. The email will contain your tracking number and instructions to track the progress of your order.
Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for most orders to be trackable in the system.
Return Policy
For products purchased and delivered within Australia, we will accept returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of receipt, or if faulty. Buyer pays return postage for change of mind and return postage for faulty goods is at our cost. For change of mind returns, items must be unused with original box.
For products purchased and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.
We takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are packed well. However, if for any reason you receive a faulty product, we will help you resolve the problem. Please contact us within 24 hours either by phone or by email.
In instances where your order was placed more than 30 days ago, or was delivered outside of Australia, please contact our Customer Service team who will advise and assist with the returns process. We will ensure all costs associated with returned goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you.
